This one? http://support.euro.dell.com/support...cs.htm#1101572
Forget any CPU upgrades. The power supply can't cope with the power demands of faster processors, and the slow PC133 RAM will cripple the performance of any faster CPU.

You can install a larger HDD. Please refer to the manual how to do that: http://support.euro.dell.com/support...ce.htm#1101572

Re: Dell P4 1.6 to 2.8

I was going to suggest to get a modern HDD to boost speed, but with an older dell like that there's a chance that it won't accept a modern ata133 HDD. The bios won't recognize the drive most likely, due to the LBA addressing, it might but there's a good chance that it won't.

If you want help building a new system budget or not, let us know.
