Hello newbiew here

I have been using this software for about 3 weeks now perfect!

I have now tried to convert a file and I getting the following error message. It plays perfect in windows media player.

any help would be much appreciated

VP70 codec is commercial.
VSO can not include it to CxD without licence, and that is most likely costing so much that CxD price would need to be raised.

Your player plays it fine because decoder is free for personal use.
