Vso burning problem

Hi,
I have been using convertxtodvd for a month with no problems and then all of a sudden it won't let me burn a dvd. The button stays greyed out but the conversion went fine. I tried uninstalling patin couffin and re-installing it and it worked for 3 burns and then the same thing happened. I have looked on the forum and on the internet but can't find a solution. Any help would be great! Please!

Re: Vso burning problem

If any program works and suddenly stops working - there is something else installed that prevents first on from working.
What have you installed?

You can try to restore windows to point where it worked fine; or you can try to trace what you have installed.

Re: Vso burning problem

email the publisher of the software and ask if there are any known software conflicts and then use that reference to see if you have anything installed.... just a thought for trouble shooting.

i.e. in the past i've had problems with Sonic MyDVD fowling out Nero and Creative Labs (oem Soundblaster software) products... solution was to uninstall one or the other....

Re: Vso burning problem

I have Nero 7 and I just downloaded an update from Stopzilla. I have removed Stopzilla but I still have Nero. Should I uninstall that? Thanks for the replies.

Hi there,

Provide us the Patin Couffin log:

My Documents\PcSetup\PcSetup.log

Make sure Patin Couffin installed successfully.

Re: Vso burning problem

Usually after removing one installed conflicting software you need to re-install one that is not working properly.

So - re-install CxD and see if it fixed the problem.

This is an old version, VSO has released v1.36

Upgrade VSO ConvertXtoDVD v2.1.4.162 and it will upgrade your Patin Couffin to v1.36.
