Unreal tournament 2003 europe(Spain) and bad sectors.HELP PLZ

I saw that the others version(for example the english version) don´t have bad sectors but european yes(it says the blindwrite hd image comprobation but clony xxl says not).

I can´t burn the 1º cd good because, I read with toshiba SD-M1612 at 4x speed and maximun speed and with plextor PX-W2410A and I made the backups at 10x in one cd-rw.
I used de patin coufin drivers. The bwa graph is good(the toshiba make that better than plextor). Also, I downloaded a bwa(in this forum) but anything works.

I burn with plextor PX-W2410A and the mode of burn is DAO PW and the last firmware 1.04.

I think that the problem is the bad sectors because when I start the phisical dumper of blindwrite and in the backup it stop in 0.57% but the original does good. Also, if I do a image with backup, when the cd is reading the blinread says that the cd´s has a ecdc error but in the original no.:s

Please help because I don´t know that I can do to make a working backup without cracks ....

P.D: The versionof my blindwrite is the 4.2.5 and I disabled the autoplay feature.

I have the logs, when I read the cd, the specials zones is equal to zero.In the comprobation image Sector: Bad headers 0 - Bad Edc 1 - Weak 0 - Status 0
The rest is normal.

Yes, of course and it happen the same thing. In read the blindwrite says that it doesn´t read any error but when I test the image it says :

Image consistence: HD Image OK
Sectors headers: Sectors headers are correct

Read errors: Some sectors have unrecorrectable errors (I thing that the problem is this)

Weak sectors: Not detected weak sectors
File systems: volume(s) & file(s) system(s) found (UT2003_CD1 - 19/09/2002 20:36:00)
Physical media: Physical data found. Use DAO PW or PQ writing!
Synthesis: This image is good
Recommandations: Can´t determine the best mode writing mode

Also I check the option Use BWA if available.

P.D:I have the .BWA of unreal tournament 2003 perfect(more than the bwa of this page, the diferences are little). For the best result I do the mesurement in windows98 SE(clean system, and toshiba 1612 at 4x).Any interference between bad points.

Here in Spain, ut2k is protected with securom v4.82. like in another countries in Europe. When this new scheme of protection appeared far away...(XDDD) was said a lot of things. In many of them, strange sectors were found from someone, but the result was the same... a non working coaster. i suposse the first versions of this new securom incorporated some bad sectors when calibrating the image, but this is with some drives only. I have a SD-M1402 toshiba drive and a PX-2410A as you and found the same. Reading from another drive result in a perfect image without wrong sectors.

I think this new securom can't be 100% backed up with current software. With the twinpeaks method or blindwrite using a good bwa you can also do a partial working image. But with the configuration you have ( toshiba and plextor) you will not succeed when installing such copy. Those units are so good that doesn't recognizes twin sectors as valid ones and installation will not finish. The autoplay features is an option but you will depend on it to be installed or nanai....

Good luck!

I do a working backup but I need two cd´s(a normal copy without BWA for install and other for play with BWA).

The cd of play has some corruptions for install (cyclic redundance, the 50% of instalation goes good but ...).

Thnkx for help and if you say the method to do a perfect copy, plz say me.
