VSO Software Discuss, Subs in DivxToDVD, italic tags are visible? at Burning Software forum; Just did an xvid>dvd conversion using DivxToDVD and a .srt sub file. Everything went well, besides the fact that all italic tags in the .srt file is visible in the ready made dvd. How come? Like, "<i>insert subtitle text here</i>"

Like, "<i>insert subtitle text here</i>" shows exactly that way in the final result, instead if just showing the part "insert subtitle text here".

Discard this thread, just found out, on another forum, that DivxToDVD does not support tags in .srt sub files.

No problems with that as long as "search-and-replace" works in your preferred text editor ........
