This is the first mistake everyone makes, this is not an Official VSO support forum they do not have one, they handle all support either via e-mail or messenger. CD-Freaks set this up because of the popularity of Blindwrite and for the users to help each other.
They don't have time to come in here everyday and Lapinou has stated such on more than one occasion. Like I said CD-Freaks seperated the forums to make it easier on their users.

what kamikazee is trying to say is, if you have a question that needs responding urgently please contact VSO directly via their online support. (all necessary contacts can be found on their website)

If you can wait, Lapinou or another member of the team will answer your questions as soon as they get the chance to visit this forum.

been there done that no reply..2 days now..

this is the link for thier forum on thier site..if they choose not to read questions on here i find that odd as most companys do have forums for support (all i can think of including alcohol)..anyways the main reason i posted here is to see if anyone else has this problem and if they do how can i solve it.

i dont use messenger maybe i need to get it..

They prefer to get the email so they can track the problems they receive, but will answer on msn messenger anytime they are on and not busy. And by the way it's only been 26 hours and 15 minutes not 2 days as you have stated.
