Possible to do a 1:1 with Safedisc?

I'm completely new to the backup realm, but I'm wearing out my CDs. I've got AvP2, Links 2003, and a few other decent games I'm trying to make backups of before they're completely destroyed, but I've YET to find ANYTHING that will make a true 1:1 copy of any of them. Does such software exist? Is it possible? I've tried CloneCD, BlindWrite, and couldn't even get Alcohol120% o install.

Depends on your rig, settings and media

Version of CloneCD?
Settings/Profile used?
OS?
disc title?
Protection?
Reader brand & model?
Writer brand & model?
You get the idea.....happy to help
