VSO Software Discuss, Is Plex DVD burner(712) have the same reading writng capabilities of a PlexPremium? at Burning Software forum; If I use the latest BW and a PlexDVD burner, does it have the same characteristics of reading/writng as a PLexPremium if I want to make safedisc or securom backups?

If I'm correct (I'm not 100% sure) yes for Safedisc, but not for the newest SecuROM. For the latest secuROM you will need a Plex Premium.

Don't know why Plex did that, but they did (bastards ).

so does the plex premium backup safdisc as well the dvd writer?
