Maybe my question was not clear enough. Which language version of XP do you have and which region is it set to (Control Panel -> Region and Language Options)?

Ok, please change to English, install CopyToDVD (and/or other VSO products you want to use) reboot and change it back to Hungary. This should work!

Yes switching regional settings to US or GB solves the problem. This is what I call national discrimination! I thinks ima go sue VSO for this.
