| Padded source image hello everyone.. when converting some divx to dvd sometimes i get this in the log Padded source image : Left 0, Top 80, Right 0, Bottom 80 I do not like the output result because when i play the dvd the screen is not full!! how can I disable this? note: this does not happen for all divx files |

| Re: Padded source image DVD screen can be 4:3 or 16:9. No other options. If you have a movie that is in some other aspect ratio, then image must be padded to comply with DVD standards. Padding usually means black bars on top and bottom. There is no way to avoid this if you want to see whole picture of your movie. If you fill TV screen when movie is not in same AR as TV screen - you will lose lot from picture. |
