no subtitles - Club CDFreaks

hi,
I'm new here and I'm from holland so my English isn't very good ...
I bought convert x to dvd and it has worked for several times but when I use it now I have no subtitles. What's the problem?

Hi,

Provide us a full conversion log, to see if the subtitles were converted or not.

Subtitles do not turn on automaticly, you need to enable them using your PowerDVD, WinDVD Software on your PC *OR* with your DVD Player remote.
