NEC 1300 and Copy DVD problem - Club CDFreaks

I think this is a common problem that NEC 1300a and Copy to DVD only burn at 2x speed. I have tried filmware update and updated Copy to DVD. I have purchase different dvds. I have set speed of copy rate to max. then tried 4x, still only burns at 2x speed. Does anybody have a solution or fix? Thanks!

I am also using ND1300A (fw 1.09) and CopyToDVD 2.4.10. There are no problem burning at 4X with DVD-R with Media Code MCC (Mitsubishi) and AN32 (SKY).
I think yr problem was related to media.
