I have noticed that when i select the "auto start playback" and the "sequential playback" buttons under the menu functions it freezes about half way the conversion regardless of the size of the project..

If i unselect them it goes through ok.. anyone else expiriencing this?

Yep. My computer puts errors on the disc that prevent playback from running smoothly.

I used those same settings plus "Include Menu" (no need to use those settings otherwise) in version 2.1.0.148 with 3 short MPG capture clips from a video cam totaling 20 min without any problem. So the problem seems to be with your files, your installation, or your computer.

Does the problem happen with all files regardless of type and how they were obtained? Try changing the order of your files to see if some are bad as indicated by a different freeze point.
