Help creating a working .iso from .B5T .B5I and .B00

I am tryin to make a working back-up of an xbox ntsc game called Project Snowblind. I have the newest version of BlindWrite 5.2.13.147(trial version). I need to create an ISO so the xbox will play the game but dont know what to do from this point on. I currently have 3 files called SNOWBLIND.B5T, SNOWBLIND.B5I, AND SNOWBLIND.B00. What I would like to know is how do I create a working .iso file to burn and will play on my xbox? The first time that I tried to burn the image I used the Automatic setting for my profile as I was instructed by a friend to do but when I place this cd in my xbox it will not read it. Do I need to change my profile from Automatic to ISO in order for it to create a readable file or am I doing something wrong? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I guess your source media is a backup already (if it wasn't, you wouldn't be able to extract it in a pc drive). In this case it doesn't matter if you use iso or automatic mode.
