Maybe you can think about using DVD2One (www.dvd2one.com) with CopyToDVD. In DVD2One you can change the size of the DVD that will be burned by CopyToDVD.
There is also an option in DVD2One that allows CopyToDVD to burn directly when DVD2One is finished recalculating the DVD.

True you can do that, but it might just be the DVD you are using. On the DVD does it say 4.7 GB, or is it lower? 4.7 GB on the DVD is really only 4.38 GB on the computer. If the number is lower then the DVD might just be too small for it.

I tried burning 3 times, 3DVD wasted

I have LITE-ON dvd burner, all my burning with this drive so far was sucessfull. But with the Bruce Almight I ended up wasting 3 DVD-R's.

I used DVD2One (1.3 version) to compress, by default the setting was compress to 4472MB. But in the end result the total folder size was more than 4472MB, that my CopyToDVD complained about oversized folder, refuse to burn. Why the compressed movie is more than 4472MB?

Then I changed the configuration in the DVD2One to compress it to 4402MB, in this case total size was less that 4.32GB, I burned it using CopyTODVD. I used full movie by the way. Problem with this is, my Apex player said Disc error after inserting the DVD. Then when I hit the play button again, it started playing the movie with out the menu. Last 10minutes of movie were playing like a slide show with little movie between.

I thought this is may be due to the media i was using (Khypermedia), i tried the same compressed filder with the new DVD-R (khypermedia). Again I experienced the same problem.

Next trial, I set the compression to 4422MB in the DVD2one. This version, My movie menu works fine. But there was a advertisement before the main menu, it was staggered in between. Also last 4 minutes of the movie played like a slide show.

I also noticed, when i played the compressed folder using WinDVD, before mainmenu, it was FullScreen, after the menu it was WideScreen.

What is going wrong... !!!

You're trying to compress too much information. What you are doin is compressing a dual-layered DVD to fit onto a single-layered DVD, that is your problem. It does the same to me when I did that. It would be fine if you only took the movie, but your trying to take the entire DVD. The DVD player just can't uncompress it fast enough in the end. It has almost nothing to do with your media, though I've never used that type before.
