VSO Software Discuss, has anyone had this problem with copytodvd? at Burning Software forum; it seems that with + media on writes i get a pause skip error with backups that have more that 39 chapters. it seems to do it always on chapter 39-40. i tried clonedvd and do not get this error. on some home dvd players the disk will just pause

it seems that with + media on writes i get a pause skip error with backups that have more that 39 chapters. it seems to do it always on chapter 39-40. i tried clonedvd and do not get this error. on some home dvd players the disk will just pause and stop, on others that are rated for + media i get a pause then it skips ahead about 100 frames or so, on other dvd players it will just skip to the next chapter. i dont get this with - media. very strange i know but ive gotten it to repeat on 2 different titles with more than 39 chapters.

And what were the names of the movies so others can try reproducing this.
What DVD writer and media did you use?
And what version of CopyToDVD are you using, the current version is 2.4.1

Do you use DVD Shrink or DVD2One. With DVD2One there are some pause problems as you can read on the DVD2One forum.
