when i get an orange line which says 315 frames duplicated. What does that mean exactly?

it is a note the convertxtodvd engine made saying how many frames it duplicated when making the new file (doing the conversion). Duplicating frames is necessarily in some cases order to get the best quality possible.
This is nothing alarming.
