Hello everyone,
VSO Software just released v2.1.5 ßeta which now support internal subtitles stream, and let's you open a Titleset (.IFO) file instead of loading a cluster of files (Loading the .VOB)
I have AnyDVD working in the background.
For testing, I have loaded
H:\VIDEO_TS\VTS_04_0.IFO which is the main movie.
ConvertXtoDVD v2.1.5 ßeta loaded all 3 audio stream, and both subtitles streams. Also reduced the bitrate so it will fit on a DVD5.
If I wanted to keep to keep full quality, all I had to do was change the output to DVD9, but I wanted to see if loading the Titleset compared to a Cluster of Files, if it would respect the DVD5 output.
Testing with Cluster of files, didn't respect the DVD5 since only the 1st file was taken into consideration. Now with the titleset (.IFO) seems the whole movie is taken into consideration.
For once, this was a quick and easy NTSC/PAL Convertion that anyone can do without knowing nothing about Video stuff and no need for 125 steps with 10 different software
Before you ask, yes, I did a NTSC to NTSC (as shown in this log) just for testing.
I didn't want to set my ConvertXtoDVD to PAL for forget it !
If someone wants to test a PAL to NTSC / NTSC to PAL that would be great
