VSO Software has released their 1st public ßeta, of their new upcoming
ConvertXtoDVD v3.00
Here is the download link to the first Release Candidate of
ConvertXtoDVD 3 which will be referred to as version 2.99.x.500.

Please provide VSO Software your feedback on this version, there may still be bugs to fix so please report them to make sure that we are aware of the remaining issues.
