copy to dvd problem

Having a little problem with Copy To DVD and I was hoping that someone might be able to help. Seems I continually burn coasters and I have no idea why. Most of them will play (to some degree) on the drive which burned them but, none of them will play on my stand-alones (LVD2002 and Philips). When they start to load, I am informed that the disk is an 'ISO' and after a few minutes, I am further informed "unable to play this type of JPEG file"?!?! I know the media is not at fault as I have tried a variety of DVD-Rs. And I know that the players are not at fault as I have tried numerous others, as well as the ones I mentioned. And since the process works just fine on my other PC, I know the problem has something to do with this one. Only, I am not sure what could be causing it. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Re: copy to dvd problem

I think you just burn the .ISO file on your DVD :

E:\MyFIlm.ISO

and not :

E:\VIDEO_TS\...
\AUDIO_TS\

Re: copy to dvd problem

Okay, but if that was the case, my stand alone should have been able to play the ISO file. However, it would not and the message about being unable to play that particular type of JPEG file appeared?

Re: copy to dvd problem

From the logs it appears everything went all right.

Can you please trying mounting you iso image in a virtual DVD drive eg Deamon Tools, VirtualCloneDrive etc and verfiy that you DVD image within the ISO is ok.

IF the ISO mounts fine and plays fine then as ItalianJpb mentioned, please try using the latest version of CopytoDVD.
