Re: ConvertXToDVD 100% CPU Usage

Welcome to the forum

CPU usage at 100% it's normal when softwares like ConvertXToDVD runs, because video conversions require a lot of calculations

Re: ConvertXToDVD 100% CPU Usage

Hi there,

In the settings, and/or after a conversion has started. right click on the left panel and set the conversion priority to "Idle".

This way it it leave from CPU Cycle for all your other applications.

Yes, it may a little longer to convert but it won't feel like your laptop is frozen, and/or making it overheat, which seems to be common with laptops and video conversion, since it's very cpu intensive, which generates lots of heat.

My 2 cents...
