I originally posted this in the wrong forum so I am re-posting here and I hope that is ok.

I had this error pop up while I was trying to convert a file. I will provide the log file and you will see for no apparent reason that I kept trying,lol.

You did not post a full log !

Are you using the latest v2.2.3.258 ?

Are you having issues with just this file or all files ?

Hello,

I am sorry, I didn't realize that I did not post the whole log. So far, this is the only file I am having trouble with. I did not upgrade yet. I will do so and see if that fixes the problem.
