Can I use PC while burning DVD with CopyToDVD?

My PC is a P4/2Ghz with 512 MB of RAM.
My Dvd writer is a Sony.

Can I be using the PC while CopyToDVD is burning a DVD? Or do I risk destroying the blank DVD?

Thanks.

as long as your drive has buffer-underrun protection you should be able to use your pc while writing a dvd without destroying the dvd

When I burn, it does say:

"Buffer under-run proof enabled"

Is that what you mean?

Thanks

yes that is what i mean
you have a fast enough pc and buffer under-run protection so you should be able to use the pc while burning a dvd, but to be on the safe side dont do something that requires much of your computer
