You need to update the software to the latest version, those files are not supported in older versions.
You can download the latest version from www.vso-software.fr/download.php

Hi all,

I too can't convert it. It made it thru the end of the conversion and also split the movie in chapters but the Video Playback is Green and the audio seems to be fine tho. Please help. I'll try to upgrade the new version. Hope it helps. How did your work out Cali Girl?

Re: Can ConvertXtoDVD convert RMVB files?

After several tries last month, i finally gave up and bought the WinAvi just to do the rmvb stuff.
For AVI..., VSO is way better.

Sure, you can switch when ever you have problems.
But that is not solving problems, it is avoiding them.
