BWA Builder 5 error from CD Drive - Club CDFreaks

When i try and use BWA builder i get a message "This device has an unstable reading speed. It can't be used for accurate topology extraction."

I have a pioneer DVR-111D burner.

Any help appreciated

I get the same error with bwa builder yet my burner uses elby and slysoft products with no problems.
