I used this latest beta version to back up Max Payne 2 and had no problems now that the writing speed has been fixed.

Has anyone else had any successes with BW 5.0.8, or any major errors? I will keep using this latest version until I find an error.

Versio 5.0.8 was removed because of the Topology being ignored all the time.

1/11/2004 2:49:43 PM warning Media topology ignored.

So why they recommend to use the version 5.0.2 and not 5.07 ?

Version 5.0.7 is the latest offical release, if you are having problems with it then go back to version 5.0.2.
For those that have 5.0.8 I suggest you rollback to 5.0.7

I think it's because 5.0.7 also had some problems with topology

So version 5.07 & 5.08 are both defective...

Any idea when the new patch would be released?
