Hi Everyone,
After going nutz trying to find a guide involving BlindWrite 5 & Securom 7 + using it with Daemon Tools; the nice staff at Daemon Tools actually helped me out after I sent in a customer support ticket. So here goes:

1. Use BlindWrite 5, select 'Read' option, then use the 'Automatic' profile to make the image.

2. The load the image in Daemon Tools 4 and install the game.

3. However, before playing the game, make sure to go to the Device Manager and 'disable' all the CD & DVD drives in your system, then the game should play.

I highly *urge* you to support the developers of these backup utilities (at least once) if you've used them both in the past and now; years ago making CloneCD (and later BlindWrite) backups of games was never this simple; and the simplicity of it today is simply astonishing.

P.S. I would like to request that a moderator or an admin sticky this guide under the appropriate section or if not - make one. I say this mostly because after literally hunting around cd freaks I could never find a thread, nor guide involving BlindWrite 5 & Securom 7 - however, there seem to be quite a bit involving Alchohol & Securom 7.

Lastly, I use to make my own BWA files in the past, but with the latest BWA program from VSO, I can't seem to adjust the read speed, does anyone know how to do this? Thanks
