Beyond TV (mpeg) & MCE (DVR-MS) CovertXtoDVD produces jitter.

I have been trying to get ConvertXtoDVD to produce a workable DVD without any jitter in the video from the sources of Beyond TV & MCE & even using VideoRedo changing the Beyond TV & MCE files into mpg's. Not having any luck. Everything I do produces jitter. I can burn with MCE and have a workable DVD but I cannot get that many files on a DVD and I would like to get more files on the DVD then one. Same with Beyond TV. The MCE burn produces no jitter. Anyone have any experience with this. I have tried multiple products but none work as well as what I have had ConvertXtoDVD work in the past for Divx files. Thank You and here is the log from the DVR-MS and Beyond TV files.

While trying to get ConvertXtoDVD to work with DVR-MS files I finally found a video clip that represented what I am trying to say and was able to get a snap-shot of it. Other programs that I have tried do not do this and even when I use the other programs to change the DVR-MS file into a workable mpeg/mpg file ConvertXtoDVD still does this. Take a look at the scroling text at the bottom of the Fox news broadcast that's what happens to the video whenever there is any movement. Tried only burning 1hr segment of Fox news but it still does it.
