If you want a copy that works without emulation, see the numerous posts by ViRuS2k on copying UT 2003 in the blindwrite sub-forum. (Same methods apply.)

Even with Blindwrite, it does not copy that well. I have tried that numerous times and the cds play but choppy and slow. I tried the BWA at 8x, 4x, 1 x and max, but the games just plays poorly. Alcohol makes the cd and it runs fast no crashes very stable just like the original.
I know you may want a true 1:1 copy but your not going to get one. At least not yet. Not with this Securom. I don't see what is so wrong with emulation. All I want is to play off the backups so I don't wreck (or my teenagers) the original. Emulation seems to be the way of copying future at the moment.

Anyway good luck. I hope that you have better success with BW and this game than I did. Oh I read and wrote it with Liteon 48125, then I tried my Plex 482448. I also tried to read it with a Plextor 40x SCSI and a Toshiba DVD m1401 SCSI and write with both the liteon and Plex burners. Still with BW choppy slow game play. Alcohol burned perfect 1st time.

Do not fear emulation it works.
