I have the latest versionof Nero, Clone CD, alcohol 120, and blindwrite suite, (for building BWA files) on my computer and have had no problems. the only time I have had a problem was when I tried installing other burning programs along with Easy Cd creator.( which I no longer use)

Yes, you can.

It's a great program.

Use it aside Blindwrite and DiscJuggler and you can copy (almost) everything.
