AFAIK, starforce 3 protected games are not currently possible to back up properly

If I am wrong I am sure that I will be corrected

Whats the game like BTW? It was supposed to be released here in the UK today, but was delayed, probably due to the alledged fatal if you use a ATi Radeon 9700

Did you buy this in Canada? How did you discover Starforce? Sometimes Clony erroneously identifes SF. Have you tried the scanners here?

yes the game was purchased in canada, I used clony to identify,
I'll take your advice and try another protection identifier, I'll get back to you.

has any one in the US got this title I have not seen this protection in the us and would be suprised if a us title carries it..mainly because sf3 is europian. i beleive the copy he picked up in canada may be a uk import. If the title came in a dvd looking box then its a import the US versions have a regular cardboard cd box.
