Well, there are 2 ways I can think of. You can convert the image using tools like UltraISO or WinISO, etc..
Or you can mount the MDF image into a virtual drive and then read its contents with Alcohol and create any supported image.

Why would you want to convert them? Alcohol's images are just as good.

Ive managed to mount the image in Alcohol 120% but I have no idea how to read its contents. I can get the file to the last page in the burning wizard but I dont know what to select from Raw SAO, Raw DAO etc etc. Which is the right one to choose?

Mount the image into the virtual drive and then read the virtual drive using the Image Making Wizard. In the second page it will ask where do you want to save the image, select the location and one supported format for writing.

Since Gangland is Starforce 3 protected, the only image format suitable for use with alcohol, if uncracked, is mdf/mds. Iso and bin/cue are useless for this purpose.

If, however, you are referring to a cracked image that you downloaded then we can't help you as this is a warez free forum.
