How to use third party MDS files

hello there guys,
I have a particular question to community about using MDS files from copybase CH web for starforce 3 backup purposes like I always have done with bwa files for securom 4.8x/5.x.

n this case I want to backup DTM Race driver 2 with starforce 3 protection, and I have downloaded a MDS file from that site, in order to make a miniimage. My problem is that when I try to use this MDS file, alcohol 120% says me that the image is invalid. Is there something that can fix this?

Another curiosity is, how to make a DPM measurement with alcohol 120% for starforce 3 protected dvds? The only acceptable way I found was BWA builder, bluilding bwa files of course. Is there any way to convert the bwa file into mds extension or something similar?

Greetings,
