Compressing Alcohol Images

Is it possible to compress alcohol images but still have them be mountable? I'm thinking of dumping my audio cds as images and just mounting it when I want to listen to them, skipping the entire encoding-to-mp3/ogg/etc process. It would also allow me to create a perfect copy when I need to.

maybe u could rar or zip the files up?

ill try later today and post results

this also could be great for game cd's that take up more than 700 mb... you could zip and fit on one cd instead of splitting

alcohol images can be compressed of course but you will have to uncompress them in order to mount them as images.

Aww, I wish you could still mount them. Wouldn't that be convenient?
