Cant select my burner - Club CDFreaks

I have installed the trial version of Alcohol 120% and I am using a Lite-on Ldw-411s burner that has been working fine with other software, however when I try to burn an imagefile I cant select my burner (There are no choices availible).. Please help!!!!!

tell us more about your system...
what mainboard, chipset, drivers are you using?
which os are you running? (win xp pro/home/2k/98...)
maybe then we can help you.

Lite-on 451S is not yet supported. If you email Alcohol support they will send you a devsupp patch file (beta) which will fix things until it is supported.

Any luck yet, I emailed alcohol and they sent me a file but it still doesn't work. I have an 851S but have the exact same problem as you.

I am running

Windows 98, 256 meg ram, P-450Mhz, Liteon 851s
