Alcohol Discuss, Can you rip Mp3's with Alcohol? at Burning Software forum; I did a search on this but didn't come up with anything really helpful. Is this actually possible? I'm killing myself trying to find a good ripping program that isn't too invasive *cough* Musicmatch *cough*, but I'm coming up short. I paid my fifty bucks for

Can you rip Mp3's with Alcohol?

I did a search on this but didn't come up with anything really helpful.

Is this actually possible? I'm killing myself trying to find a good ripping program that isn't too invasive *cough* Musicmatch *cough*, but I'm coming up short. I paid my fifty bucks for Alcohol, so I want to know if I can rip songs off of my CD's with it.

Thanks!

No Alcohol can't rip to MP3. Try the (free!) EAC and Lame combo.

Here's a guide with download links:
