The read errors are a normal part of the safedisc protection. They start anywhere from 400-900 and end around the 10,500 mark. Allow it to continue with the errors, when they've passed the image dumping will become much faster.

Re: Battlefield Vietnam Safedisc2.9

Ok THANK YOU!!! I would of stopped it if you had not replied...I burned a copy and no glitches.... now if I could only find out what in the heck is going on with my DiabloII...I played of the original fine but since I have tried to make a copy it does not allow me to play from copy or the original one...it did let me play off the original after I deleted the clonecd before installing alcohol 120% but since I installed this program and tried to burn it using this once again I can not use the original...any idea on this? One more quick question should I always read and copy at 4x read somewhere that you get better copies at much slower speeds like this.....

Yes burn in slow speed like 4x, you can also try a no-cd patch if you have the original copies of the game. So you will not need a 1:1 copy of your game. GO to www.gamecopyworld.com under pc game index. this should work for diablo II.
This is perfectly legal if you have the originals.
