Unknown Shrink error - Club CDFreaks

The files were made in TMPGEnc DVD author.
The Author project shows as MPEG-2, 720x480, 29.97fps, NTSC, 8000kbps.

Any idea what's wrong with these files? Is it the bitrate?

I've tried it with both MPEG audio and PCM, same results.

Tried another one at 6000kbps with the same results.
