Strange Dual Layer Burn...

Hello,

I backed up the DVD movie 16 Blocks (uncompressed) on to a FujiFilm dual layer disk using Nero 7.2.0.3 Recode 2, and AnyDvD 6.0.5.0 encryption.

The movie copied successfully, but when I put it in my DVD player, it comes to a blank menu screen. I can here the music and all, but no menu options. If I press stop, and the menus eventually show, and then the movie will play fine. Only when I put the DVD movie in the DVD player I don't see any menus.

When I place the dvd back into my PC's burner, I receive a message from Any DVD stating that "This Video-DVD is mastered incorrectly: AnyDVD will be deactivated for this DVD".

Any thoughts / recommendations on this?

Thanks in advance.

Re: Strange Dual Layer Burn...

The problem is your version of Nero is not mastering the DVD correctly. Search the AnyDVD forum for this error and you'll see. Suggest you upgrade your Nero and try again, or better yet use Imgburn to burn DL. What MID is Fujifilm DL disk?
