Mp4 to movie? - Club CDFreaks

Someone's sent me an mp4 file, which I can watch on my computer. But I'd really like to see it on the TV. How can I resave it in a DVD format?

Cucusoft AVI2DVD will do it.
Ulead DVD Workshop (ftp site) can use the AVI file directly, and seems to work faster (Trial available)
