I couldn't find a film titled 'Boys of Company C' and that exact title is not listed in the 'Internet Movie Database' so I assume it's 'Boy's In Company C' you're after. It was released in Spain with English audio which you might be able to get hold of but it's region 2. I found this link to the VHS.
