| joining movies togethere hello,i wanted to see if any one can help me out i have this movies on my hard drive and the movies is split into two files is there anyway of joining these movie into one file so i can burn it on to a dvd |

| Re: joining movies togethere not so sure how legal the content of this thread is with files with "dvdrip" in the filename... .xvid is not the extension of that file. in windows explorer go to TOOLS>FOLDER OPTIONS then click the VIEW tab. uncheck the selection "hide extensions for known filetypes" then look at the file again to find out what the extension is |

| Re: joining movies togethere VirtualDub will do a good job on AVI files. Find via google. Open the first part, append segment (the second part). Select Video & tick Direct Stream Copy and the just save as. The direct stream copy is very,very important as otherwise it'll decompress the video giving you a massive file & take forever. |
