Copy Movie Discuss, DVDSHRINK re-analysing.... at International Chat: Software related forum; I'd like to have dvd shrink run through the analysing process again for the same disk, but it tells me it's already done so. Is there a temp file that holds this info that I can delete?

Yes, analysis data are stored in the folder

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\DVD Shrink

As far as I know, there's no advantage to having it run through analysis again. I don't think that analysis will change if you run it through a second time.
