DVD Decrypter-can't disengage settings

Hello

I posted this in software thinking my problem was with Win Media player but I thik it's DVD Decrypter. I'm trying to play a DVD-Ram disc in Media Player and everytime I click on the disc in the LG 4163b properties I get DVD Decrypter error. But when I play a normal DVD or even a recorded on WIndows Media player gets it.

I though it be a simple click or uncheck but Decrypter just won't let go of the Ram disc. Is there something I'm missing or just go ahead and delete and reinstall? Thanks for any help.
