HI to everyone,
I'm trying to copy a DVD to another DVD it works, but when I try to play it on a stand alone DVD player it doesn't work.
I'm usin Nero 6 enterprise edition (option Copy DVD to DVD), my OS is Windows ME, mi PC is a Pentium III 750 Mhz. with 512 MB RAM, and im running AnyDVD version 5.4.4.1. DVD Writer is a Sony DVD RW DW-Q28A, my CD/DVD reader is a PIONEER DVD-ROM DVD-116, I'm using DVD-R media 8x Ridata, and my stand alone player is a Sony, I've tryed playing in an X-VIEW dvd player and the copies worked fine, but in any other stand alone dvd player they don't work. I'm also running on my PC Norton Antivirus and Norton Internet Security 2004 but when I burn DVDs I turn them off, Norton Antivirus Autoprotect and NIS 2004.
Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong????

Never heard of that brand of disc you are using, I would say it is your discs, problem about burning dvds is they almost will always playback on your computer. Try burning to a DVD-RW disc, if that does not play on your stand alone then you are doing something wrong in the burn process. If your deleting previews and crap that load up before the dvd menu, this could cause it not to work. You want to have your dvd go striaght to title menu or film. Otherwise it's just your media, try Sony DVD-R, have had no problems.
