Changing files into DVD that will play in a standalone DVD player - Club CDFreaks

I have borrowed a copy of Batman Begins on a disk, and when you going to explore you find out it's not a DVD
I don't know what it is as I'm not well up on what files are !
So when you go into the disk's, explore part there are five folders which are: EXT, EXTRA, MPEG2 SEGMENT, SVCD.
The folders total size is only 1.4 GB so I know it's not DVD
but how to change to DVD I would really like to know
can anyone out there help me ?

If you'd like to have a dvd you'll need to convert the files for example with NeroVisonExpress.
