Blind Copying of DVDs (AUTORUN) I have been looking for an ap that I could set up in Vista to autorun and rip either ISOs or VIDEO_TS folders and just spit the disc back out. I have to copy about 400 discs and I want to use my media center with no keyboard or mouse. Similar to what you get as an option in Media Player with ripping CDs (when inserted, copy to hard drive and eject). Decrypter comes close but you still need to click after it reads the disc. I haven't checked any of the newer apps lately. I have AnyDVD in the background, so even a US "approved" ap would do the trick I think. Thanks in advance... Dan

Re: Blind Copying of DVDs (AUTORUN) I haven't tried with Platinum or Gold. It should work with all versions of DVDFab. ![]() Here are the command lines: /SRC "<Folder>" Used to select the source folder. Example: /SRC "D:\VIDEO_TS\" /DEST "<Folder>" Used to select the destination folder. Example: /DEST "C:\My DVD\" /START Used to start the decryption process automatically when the program has finished initialising. Basically, it just presses the 'Start' button for you! /CLOSE Used to close the program when the decryption process has finished. Basically, it just presses the 'Close' button for you!

Re: Blind Copying of DVDs (AUTORUN) Kill the autoplay. Open Regedit. Navigate to HKeyLocalMachine/System/CurrentControlSet/Services/Cdrom Find the key called AutoRun and change is from a 1 to a 0. Reboot. Regards

Re: Blind Copying of DVDs (AUTORUN) The command line switches don't work. Only for the first run. Here's the scenario: Sitting at a machine, no monitor, no mouse, no keyboard. Press open on the tray, drop in a disc, and 20-30 minutes later, the tray opens up again, and you drop in another one. Each one is being ripped either to ISOs or Folders automatically. WMP will do this for CDs automatically. I'm looking for similar functionality in an aftermarket DVD ripper. Any other thoughts? Again, thanks!
