| Re: List of bitsetting supported drives? LG GSA-4120B and GSA-4163B All BenQ drives All Philips drives Most HP drives Most or all Lite-On drives (perhaps all) In other words, most DVD+R/+RW PC drives and standalone recorders support bitsetting. Most are under US$70.

| Re: List of bitsetting supported drives? Pioneer has an OEM brand called PioData which sells a version of the DVR-108 that sets the booktype of all DVD+R and DVD+R DL discs to DVD-ROM. Standard Pioneer DVR-108's can be flashed with the PioData firmware to gain bitsetting on DVD+R discs. Standard DVR-108's from Pioneer do set the booktype of DVD+R DL discs to DVD-ROM already...
