Exact Peripheral Optics 8X DVD writer - Club CDFreaks

Browsing around at Fry's Electronics today I saw that they starting stocking a new DVD Writer.

The writer is branded " Exact Peripheral Optics ", and was selling for $79.99.
To satisfy my curiousity, I asked a customer service agent if I could open the box in order to determine what type of writer it actually is.

The box was opened and it was found to be a DD0405 Optorite drive.
Just thought I would share the info!
