| Asus DVD-E616A and read problem I bought my new Asus DVD-E616A today, cause it should be a fast DVD-Ram reader. My first test was a speedtest with Nero CD-DVD Speed, but wtf... the drive only reads DVD-Ram at 2x... I tried some other Ram media, but i got the same results... At cdrinfo i saw a scan at up to 4x. What problem i have? Is it a system problem (change from a Toshiba 1802 to the new drive) or is it caused by the different firmware (cdrinfo uses 1.03, but me drive has 1.06) Is there anyone that can preform the same test? Thanks, Moondiver |
